What happens if I get an inappropriate referral?

Explain to the referring individual that your Adult Guidance Service is only funded for specific target groups. Offer some suggestions as to other, more appropriate Services in the area. If there is a pattern of inappropriate referrals from an individual or agency, you may need to seek advice from NCGE.
